How does ZapTaps work?
We program your NFC plaque and card with a managed link to your Google review page. Customers tap a compatible smartphone, open the link notification, and can leave their feedback on Google. A Google account may be required to post a review.
Do customers need to download an app?
No separate app is needed to read the NFC tag on a compatible phone. Customers follow the notification to your review page in their browser or Google app.
Does it work with iPhones and Android phones?
ZapTaps works with NFC-compatible iPhones and Android phones. Support and tap location vary by device, and some phones require NFC to be enabled or the screen unlocked. We can help you check compatibility.
Can I track how many people tap?
Yes. Tap activity tracking and monthly SMS reports show recorded tap activity. Taps are engagement events, not a count of unique people or completed reviews; repeat taps may be included.
Does ZapTaps guarantee more reviews?
No. ZapTaps makes it easier to reach your review page, but customers choose whether to leave a review. We do not guarantee review volume, ratings, or Google search rankings.
